We're currently looking for an efficient, strong, reliable, motivated and experienced professional to lead and build an amazing installation and maintenance crew.
Work includes leading and participating on a team to plan, install and maintain various permaculture-based hardscape and planting plans, landscape infrastructure (fences, retaining walls, patios, etc.), irrigation, and other unique landscape design elements. Familiarity with permaculture and edible food systems and/or integrated design is a necessity! Full-Time Exempt Position
Compensation: $2,500-$3,200 per month
Depending on Experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-3 years landscape construction and maintenance experience required
-Valid WSDL required with proof of clean driving record
-Ability to read a work order and prepare all the necessary tools to complete the job
-Ability to read, interpret and explain landscape design elements
-Self-motivated, detail oriented, superior work ethic & able to motivate those around you
-Ability to lift and carry 60lbs safely and repeatedly and the ability to lift 100lbs safely
-Ability to be on your feet for 6-8 hours for 5 days a week
-Good people skills and willingness to learn and follow instructions
-Punctuality
-A Permaculture Design Certificate
-Reliable transportation
-Multiple Professional References
-English Proficiency
