Work includes hardscaping, weeding, trimming, pruning, digging, planting, landscape construction (fences, retaining walls, patios, arbors, raised beds, rain gardens, cisterns), irrigation installation, and other maintenance services. Familiarity with permaculture, edible food systems and/or integrated design is a necessity! JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Landscape construction and maintenance experience required
-Valid WSDL required
-Ability to read a work order and acquire all the necessary tools to complete the job
-Self-motivated, detail oriented, great work ethic & able to motivate those around you
-Ability to lift and carry 50lbs safely and repeatedly and the ability to lift 80lbs safely

-Ability to crouch and bend to the ground repeatedly

-Ability to be on your feet for 6-8 hours every day
-Good people skills and willingness to learn and follow instructions
-Punctuality

-Time Management Skills
